Wedding Services

  • Month of Coordination $1,500

    This package is ideal for the couple that wants to handle the planning themselves. This package includes:

    -Resources including vendor recommendation lists, questions to ask vendors, special song ideas, and planning check list

    -Monthly email check-ins (throughout the whole planning process)

    -In person or virtual planning meeting 45 days prior to wedding day

    -Timeline and layout creation

    -Processional order creation

    -Vendor communication takeover after planning meeting

    -Communicate venue rules, parking, etc. to vendors

    -Confirm and coordinate vendor arrival times and set up

    -Unlimited hours on wedding day (I am always the first vendor to arrive and the last to leave)

    -Set up and clean up of personal items on wedding day

    -Making sure all runs smooth on wedding day from start to finish

    -Working with vendors throughout the wedding day to follow timeline

    -Ensuring all vendors follow venue policies for set up and clean up

    -Rehearsal (up to 2 hours)

    -Staff members can be added for $50/hour per staff member

  • Partial Planning $3,000

    This package is ideal for the couple that is feeling overwhelmed and needs help with planning. This package includes:

    -Everything in the month of coordination package PLUS…

    -An in person or virtual initial meeting

    -Unlimited text/email communication throughout the planning process

    -Unlimited virtual meetings throughout the planning process

    -Assisting with narrowing down, getting quotes and selecting vendors

    -Reviewing quotes and contracts prior to signing

    -Assisting with vendor communication throughout the entire planning process
